Returns & Exchanges

We offer 30-day returns and exchanges in the event of product defects and serious sizing errors.

Conditions For Returns & Exchanges

As all our products are custom made for you on demand, we are only able to accept returns and exchanges if a mistake was made by Snupped with your order as outlined below:

  • Print defects
  • Bad print quality (not covered if print quality is bad as a result of using an image with a resolution lower than our recommended guidelines)
  • Product defects (tears, broken zips)
  • Serious sizing issues (unable to fit, or a wrong size was sent)

We are unable to be liable for customer errors. We may contact you if we notice a mistake with or low quality images in your order. In such cases, we will wait 24 hours for your response, after which we will proceed with your order. Changes to your order will no longer be possible once your order status is ‘In Progress’.

The following outlines examples of customer errors which Snupped will not take responsibilty:

  • Low quality images: Recommended image guidelines are provided for self-uploaded designs. We will not be responsible if the print quality is poor as a result of the uploaded image not fulfilling our recommended guidelines.
  • Wrong product selected
  • Wrong design selected
  • Dissatisfaction with our provided designs
  • Minor color difference
  • Minor size differences (1-2cm difference from our stated size)

How Do I Return/Exchange My Product?

Please contact us and provide us the following information:

  • Your order ID
  • Problem with product
  • Relevant images that can help us understand the situation better.

Items must be returned to us in its unused condition with the original packaging intact. Please also include a printed copy of your invoice in the return shipment. Snupped reserves the right to refuse any return/exchange if the returned item is not in its original condition.

Snupped is also not responsible for any return shipping charges or if your return package is lost en route back to us. Hence, we strongly recommend that you track and insure your return package. Please also note that you are responsible for the return shipping fee.

Returns/exchanges are available either in the form of a replacement of the same product, or store credit (gift certificate or member credits). As each of our products are custom made for you, please understand that we are unable to offer you reimbursements/refunds for your purchase.

Can I Change My Design In An Exchange?

We are unable to accomodate a change in design. In the event of an exchange, we will offer you a 1:1 exchange of the exact same identical product.

Should a change in design be required, there will be a design change fee of USD$8.
